Twelve

True to form, prolific Japanese maestro Naoto Fukasawa has just done up this new watch in collaboration with Issey Miyake. Nondescript and minimalist, he reduces the watch to it barest elements and going against the grain, puts zero ornamentation on it save the brand logo, which is just like what he does with plusminuszero. Reading him describe his idea is brilliant as well, he basically added 12 "segments" which serve as the hourmarks, so all he needed were the hands. Strikingly simple, it also looks like he did it leftover from his Neon handphone project with au by KDDI. He use the same palette and font even. Still, I find the blue face to be incredibly refreshing. Check the chronograph version.
