Oddica

Oddica is a newish online tee company with a unique approach. Their shirts are designed by a wide range of artists that cover the gamut of different styles. What's interesting is the emphasis on the artist. They use a commission model and artists gain royalties and share in the company's profits and equity, amongst other perks. The American Apparel shirts are printed with water based inks to get a softer touch, as they say and the prints are funny, thought-provoking, gritty, cute and cool.

The one on top is Ghost Cameras by Gary Gao, a brilliant combination of old dusty cameras and the ghosts that live among them and adore them. The other one below is Mutiny on the Mallard, by Kenneth Lavallee, with some little people taking over what appears to be a hollowed out wooden duck, or maybe a real duck.
